How do I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account, you can do so directly from within the Bouge app by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account, or by following the instructions on our Account Deletion page. Deleting your account will fully remove your profile data and access tokens.

How does Ghost Mode work?

Ghost Mode is a per-message toggle that allows you to send anonymous messages within your groups. Your anonymous identity rotates every 24 hours to ensure your privacy. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Report Objectionable Content or Abusive Behavior

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content. If you encounter inappropriate activity, abusive behavior, or objectionable content, please email us immediately at help@tydontech.com. Please include relevant screenshots or details. We guarantee to review these reports and take action within 24 hours.

I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?

Make sure you have an active internet connection and that you are using the correct phone number. OTP wait times vary occasionally. If the issue persists for over an hour, try reinstalling the app or contacting support.
