To use Bouge, you must register using a valid phone number.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

3. Description of Service

Bouge is a group-based messaging platform that includes:

• Identity-visible messaging
• Anonymous messaging ("Ghost Mode")
• Group creation and participation
• Polls and threaded discussions
• Reporting and moderation features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Ghost Mode (Anonymous Messaging)

Bouge offers Ghost Mode, which hides your identity from other users.

You may not use Ghost Mode to:

• Harass others
• Threaten violence
• Spread illegal content
• Engage in hate speech
• Impersonate others
• Coordinate unlawful activity

Abuse of Ghost Mode may result in permanent suspension.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Post illegal, harmful, abusive, or defamatory content
• Harass or threaten others
• Promote hate speech or discrimination
• Share sexually explicit content involving minors
• Impersonate individuals or organizations
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Spread malware or phishing links

We reserve sole discretion to determine violations.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you post.

By posting content on Bouge, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host
• Store
• Process
• Display
• Distribute

solely for operating and improving the Service.

We are not responsible for user-generated content.

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

We may:

• Remove content
• Restrict visibility
• Suspend accounts
• Permanently ban users

without prior notice.

We are not obligated to provide detailed explanations for enforcement actions.

Repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.

8. Reporting Violations

Bouge provides in-app reporting tools.

Users are encouraged to report:

• Harassment
• Hate speech
• Illegal content
• Impersonation
• Threats

We review reports and take appropriate action.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Legal risk
• Fraud or abuse
• Harm to other users
• Security concerns

We may also terminate accounts that remain inactive for extended periods.

Termination does not eliminate potential legal liability.

10. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account directly within the app.

Upon deletion:

• Personal identifiers are removed
• Authentication access is revoked
• Some content may remain in anonymized form within group history
• We may retain limited data as required for legal compliance or fraud prevention

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Bouge, including:

• Software
• Logos
• Branding
• Design
• Source code

are owned by Tydon Technologies Private Limited.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation
• Security from unauthorized access
• Complete anonymity
• Accuracy of user-generated content

Your use is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tydon Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Emotional distress
• Reputation harm
• User disputes
• Content posted by other users

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tydon Technologies Private Limited from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws
• Content you post

15. Third-Party Services

Bouge may integrate with third-party services, including:

• Cloud infrastructure providers
• Authentication providers
• Analytics systems

We are not responsible for third-party services.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, India.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
